Our up and coming cruises

A look at our up and coming cruises that we have booked over the next 12 months 

We are really excited to have two cruises booked between now and next May.

Later this year, in about three months we will be boarding MSC Preziosa for 7 nights. Departing Southampton we will be calling at Zeebrugge, overnighting in Amsterdam, Hamburg, a day at sea, Le Harve and then finally back to Southampton.

Amsterdam is the only new port to us and with it being an over nighter, this is the port we are most excited about.

This will be our first cruise with MSC so we are not too sure what to expect. It was booked a year in advance as we had a balcony for the price of an inside and also free parking – too good an offer to miss.

Our second planned cruise is on P&O Oceana, this won’t be until next May so bit of a wait. This is our first fly cruise – departing Bristol airport and flying to Malta; we will sail off and visit Split, Venice, Ravenna and Dubrovnik.

We are both Game of Thrones fans, so Croatia has been on the to do list, so we are really looking forward to this. 

We don’t pack light, so flying will be a challenge but we always used to manage on land holidays before we started cruising!  

We have booked an inside for this cruise on A deck, we have carefully selected the room to give us ease of access to the aft deck area. We have done quite a few insides now, we don’t mind them – not as good as a balcony obviously but as it means we can go on two holidays instead of one it’s a no brainier! Will do a in depth post on this at some point.
