Orders & Shipping: We will store and process you data when you place an order on our shop in order to ship items to you, for reviews and to ensure a personalised service. We will share your information (including email address and phone number) with our postal service provider used for your order (Royal Mail, Parcels2Go, Evri, Inpost or Yodel)

We use Kit as our marketing platform. By signing up to our newsletter, you acknowledge that the information you provided (email address) will be transferred to Kit for processing in accordance with their terms of use.

Shop Returns and Cancellation Policy

Shop Items
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it to let us know that you wish to return it. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Once the returned item has been received and checked, a full refund for the item will be issued.

Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, please contact us. We will offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Let’s Celebrate Package
The Let’s Celebrate Package cannot be returned or cancelled. A refund will only be provided if the package is faulty.

Group Cruise Tours
Payments for group cruise tours are made in advance and are subject to the specific cancellation terms for that tour. Please check the individual tour page carefully before making your payment, as cancellation terms vary between tours.

Where a cancellation is permitted under the applicable tour operator’s cancellation terms, Cruise Monkeys will refund the purchaser any amount that we receive back from the tour operator in relation to their booking.

Please note that Cruise Monkeys cannot provide a refund for any amount that is not refunded to us by the tour operator.
