Fred. Olsen Balmoral dry dock visit
Last week, we were honoured to be invited by Fred. Olsen to Falmouth to visit Balmoral during her refit.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We explored beneath the ship, touching the rudder and anchor chain—a dream for cruise enthusiasts!
Onboard, we toured the new Thistle Restaurant, Neptune Lounge, staterooms, and even the engine control room. Over 700 workers were transforming the ship, so we got a real ‘behind-the-scenes’ look, wrapped up with a lovely lunch at A&P Offices.
